Program: Grand Opening Events

Summary: Major Grand Opening events throughout the state of Florida producing awareness to attract new and current consumers.
Role: DPT sourced and booked up to 6 promotional talent every week to support the traveling tour staff. The tour team executed three events per week.

Program: The New Release
Product: DVD Rental Kiosk
Status: Year Round Execution since October 2006
Summary: In-store branding and consumer introduction in local and national grocery store chairs
Role: DPT books 25 - 40 brand ambassadors nationwide in up to 5 markets simultaneously. The promoters are required to work 3 - 5 days per week during mid day shifts, primarily during the weekend. Events execute 5 weeks per location. DPT also manages the online training, reporting and recaps for each person after each shift. 

Program: Disney Mall Tour
Product: Disney
Status: Executed October 2005 through October 2006
Summary: Events were held in 7 major markets over three months. The event was geared toward entertaining children. 
Role: DPT provided 20 - 25 promotional staff (depending on venue) who had experience working with children. DPT provided the set up and break down crew, hired security, and secured back up staff.

Program: Mortgage Sweepstakes
Product: Ameriquest Mortgage
Status: Executed October 2003 to October 2005
Summary: A sweepstakes program which was designed to generate leads while increasing consumer knowledge of Ameriquest. This promotion was present at various trade shows, festivals, and special events.
Role: DPT provided team leads and promotional staff for various events in the Southeast Region on a continuous basis. Talent managed booths, distributed prizes and premiums, and gathered sweepstakes entry forms and other confidential consumer data. The staff was instrumental in assisting Ameriquest with obtaining new customers.
